Arana Enclave was the first project that Arana developers successfully developed and sold within 5 months of launch. Arana Enclave is located in Thaiyur, Kelambakkam and is a beautiful 5 Acre DTCP approved Layout 

Arana Enclave was launched in 2017 with basic amenities such as Tar Roads , Compound Walls and Grand Arch. Arana Enclave completely sold within the first few months of launch and now boasts a thriving community at Kelambakkam.
